How the Modified Trommel Process© Works

• Initial excavation of material determined impacted or an assessment of previously excavated material is conducted.
• Impacted material is dumped onto the initial vibrating screen system which removes large material such as rock over 3 inches.
• Once pre-screened it is then transported by conveyor into the large rotating trommel where further agitatation , screening and aeration occur.
• The trommel drum seperates out further material according to previously determined soil characteristics and output requirements.
• During the aeration process impacted air is removed and sent to our patented filtering system which scrubs the air.
• The material seperated from the contaminaed soil can be reused for fill while the remaining screened material can be reprocessed to further reduce volume as necessary.
